Our Company
All Points Engineering and Surveying, Inc. is a small veteran-owned company licensed in the State of Oregon.
The company's president, Scott Montgomery, is a second generation land surveyor and water right examiner. His experience goes back to the 1980s, working with his dad for Barnes Surveying, Inc. and Landmarkers, Inc. in Western Oregon.
The company's Vice-President, Denise Montgomery, is a 27-year veteran and retiree from the U.S. Air Force. She retired with the highest rank achievable as an enlisted person. She was a Chief Master Sergeant with the grade of E-9.
